How to get your Snapchat .zip
- Open Snapchat's My Data page and log in.
- Under the data to include, turn on Chat History.
- Turn off the date range to get all your messages.
- Check your email address, then click Submit.
- Wait for Snapchat's email. It aims to send it within 7 days, but large exports can take longer.
- Back on the My Data page, choose See exports, then Download.
- Drop the .zip in the box above. There's no need to unzip it.
Your file is read in this browser and isn't uploaded. Your conversations never leave your device.
